Introduction to the 
Bureau of Dog Law Enforcement 

The Bureau enforces a variety of programs mandated by state law such as the licensing of all dogs over three months of age, licensing of kennels, paying indemnities, investigating complaints involving dogs and enforcing the rabies vaccination law.

with check to your Pike County Treasurer.*

 

Important Forms For Dog Owners

The following is a list of forms which should be read by all dog owners of our community. It explains the laws of having a dog in our area. If you have a dog that does not  currently have a valid Dog License, Fill out the "Dog License Application" which can be found in the links above and send it to:

Please note:
The Treasurers office will mail the dog tags to you IF YOU INCLUDE A SELF- ADDRESSED RETURN ENVELOPE WITH SUFFICIENT POSTAGE.
Otherwise, you MUST pick them up in Milford at the Pike County Administration Building at 506 Broad Street.
