FITNESS TRAINING

Greeley Resident Harry Brofsky has
over 30 years of training in the martial arts. In 2008, he got
together a dream team of high-level instructors and opened Tri-state
Mixed Martial Arts & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy (TSMMBJJ) at the
Old Milford School in Milford, Pa. He regularly hosts world-class
competitors, such as 2007 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu World Champion Regis
Lebre, who twice gave workshops at Brofsky's school. TSMMABJJ
instructors, such as
Sensei Fred Murty, the school's judo instructor, is a
23-time Pennsylvania State judo champion. The school helps students
who are serious about tournament competition in boxing, martial
arts, jiu jitsu, cage fighting, judo, and karate. And, the school
has a wide range of programs for children, youth, women, adults, and
senior citizens who want more self discipline, want to be better at
recreational athletics, or just want to get in great shape, or learn
